Edited footage of California Murals off the Wall muralists in action as well as footage of panelists from the opening reception and panel discussion. Footage begins with a view of Balboa park and the cultural center's exterior mural titled Geronimo by Victor Ochoa. Footage also shows various works including Lowrider Queen by Daniel Galvez, a portrait of young love by Nieto Pello, an untitled work by Montoy Manuel, Loteria Chicana by David Avalos, and Death of a Homeboy by East Los Streetscapers.
