The Living Move: Self Portrait
-
Description
-
The “Living Move” series explores and refers to the history of photography. In the 19th century, photographic exposures were long and living sitters often moved which created a blurred image: the living moved. The unfocused image is a common device in the artist's work. Additionally, the photograph becomes a history of the living person. Gelatin silver print with hand coloring. Dimensions: 24” x 20”
